Record the MRI date, facility, body area scanned, whether contrast was used, and the contrast agent name if you already have it.

Document symptom timing
Note when symptoms started, whether they appeared within hours, days, or weeks, and which symptoms are most disruptive.

Request records
Ask the imaging center for the radiology report, contrast agent name, dose, lot number if available, and kidney-function labs if they were collected.
Step 4
Prepare for medical review
Bring a concise packet to your clinician with exposure history, top symptoms, tests completed, current medications, supplements, and questions.
